The Buddies are off on an new adventure, and this time their journey takes them all the way to the ruins of ancient Egypt where, with the help of some new friends, including Digger, an Egyptian pup and One Hump, a baby camel, they'll explore mysterious tombs, dodge treacherous booby traps, and race against a devious cat in search of the greatest treasure known to animal kind, the lost collar of Cleocatra!
I expect this to be horrible, but hey, it's for the kids, and they don't view this sort of thing with the critical eye that most of us have for adventure movies.

No need to apologize to me, personally, Child. It's a mod who has to bother with the fix. (Mind you, he/she doesn't HAVE to but there's no point in having 2 threads about this silliness.)

Hear! Hear! I emphatically agree (even though I love dogs).
Is there some department at Disney that does nothing but write crappy CGI animal movies?
I bet there's an entire underground facility for this. It's just a few guys in straight jackets, some CG animators and a film crew. They just order new puppies every week and Disney writes it off as income.
That might not be much of a bad guess at this point.
All I can say is to hell with Treasure Buddies. I can never let my nephew find out about this or I'll end up having to see it, or hear the damn thing. I did however have my picture taken with a big stuffed treasure buddy. I couldn't help myself.
