Which Hasbro Ark Should I Get?

Ok here's the dilemma. I have a chance to get a Hasbro Ark Of The Covenant. The dilemma is both are sealed. One in the crate style looking box. One is just in a plain white box. Both say Ark Of The Covenant with the number 45026. I have enough money for 1 only. So who can help me decide which one to get and which is harder to find in their respective packaging?
Or does anyone know if inside the white box, is the sealed crate style box housing the Ark?
Help me out fellow collectors! Thanks in advance!

I'm a huge collector and did the mail-offs as soon as the figures came out. The box I got was the crate one, so I'm guessing it was the earlier version.

I'd go for that one.

Plus, it looks prettier than just a boring white box and you can display them both.

I got the crate version as well. I honestly don't know if there's a significant difference inside, but I;ve always been very happy with how Hasbro handled this promotion.

Does anybody out there know how these Hasbro mail away Arks were shipped to people? Are they completely factory sealed all the way around in shrink wrap or are they simply held shut by a piece if tape where the crate style box opens?
Any help in this department guys? Thanks in advance!

Hello-I got two of them, and both came in the Crate style box. I opened one and left the second one sealed. The one that I opened was held with just a piece of tape down the middle. From what I remember, the Ark inside rests in a piece of molded plastic. I wasn't aware of the other packaging style.
Hope this helps, and good going in getting one.

Rocky, thanks for the Ark info! So how did the sealed Ark crate come that you didn't open? Or were they both sealed with the tape where it opens? So no shrink wrap all the way around huh? Let me know when you can. Thanks again!

Both were seaed with tape where it opens. No shrink wrap at all. Oh and I forgot, there was the mailing label on one side of the crate box as well

It's quite common to find the original mailing label on MIB pieces from promotional mail-away offers. I wouldn't remove the label unless it drives you absolutely nuts to see it, or don't care about damaging the box in case you ever want to resell.
