I don't think it's likely we'll ever see that script… but then again.. I don't have a clue what they do with scripts that don't get used.
But I'm sure a lot of people would like to read it.
Then again, there can be a lot of aspects from that script in Indy IV. It's stated nowhere that Lucas had tossed the whole script into his wastepaper basket... there might be just some things he wants to rework.
If its true that Lucas will revise it, or rework certain areas, then Im sure the original script will be released sometime after Indy 4. Or, if it ain't happening altogether, than my obvious guess would be some time before.
Makes logical sense, but I wouldn't quote myself on this.
Mostly because I am really pissed at GL at the moment for rejecting the script and throwing IJ4 back into limbo. However, if I read the script and didn't like it either I could get over this serious grudge I have against Lucas.

George Lucas had issues with the script and slammed on the brakes in order to rework the material himself.
Although it doesn't specifically say he's rewriting the script at the moment, it also doesn't say other wise either. So for the sake of keeping things hush hush, I wouldn't expect it to be released anytime soon.
Reworking the material seems to translate into "reworking the script". Although this one is still to open to interpretation..
I'm very aware of what he claims he's doing and i'm saying his number one care is HIS movie. Indy 4 won't be heard from again until Lucas finishes perfecting the last pixel on the ewok's blaster guns.
