It's A Wonderful Life

So, here's news.... I'm going to be playing George Bailey in the Theatre Windsor production of the stage adaptation of Capra's 'classic' film.... And I'm gonna get to meet Karolyn Grimes... The actress who, at the age of 6, played Zuzu... She's coming to help make our opening night a gala event....

It's been one of my favourite movies most of my life...

This is such a blast

Yeah, that movie rules. Besides Old Yeller, it is the only movie that gets me misty eyed. Cool role to play, good luck- and go ring a bell for Terrance

It's Clarence, right?

And every time a bell rings, and an angel gets his wings! So Zuzu's teacher says!

Congrats on the part! This film is a classic.

Wow... a standing ovating, and we're still in rehhearsal... how wild is that?

Got to the theatre on Thursday to discover that our director for various and understandable reasons couldn't be there.... Took charge, and at the end of the night the cast stood and applauded me....

:-)

ah . . . who is she?

IS that like meeting Mary Badham? Now if it was Tippi Hendren, that would be something!

"who is she?"
Try learning to read eh..... It's in the first post

"Mary Badham" was great as Scout but I don't think I ever saw anythign else she did... not that it's a long list....

Looking at Tippi Hendren's IMDB page, man oh man has she ever been in a lot of garbage.... I mean a pay-cheque is a pay-cheque, but com'on....

I don't Finn, it might be a good time close the thread, if a grown up remake like chair-sniffer isn't enough for you to lock a thread I don't know what is. . .
