It's probably only a matter of time before Seth tackles Indy the way he tackled Star Wars.
Stewie as Toht would be a blast.
Then he'd have to hop back under the sun bed for Mola Ram.
And the ambiguous Vogel would be right up his alley.
Think he'd have to don a black wig and play Spalko for the grand finale!

"Family Guy" to Spoof "Indiana Jones" and "Back to the Future"?
Creator Seth McFarlane spoke with the LA Times Hero Complex blog about plans for a third spoof of “Return of the Jedi,” and possibly others.
While McFarlane said that “Jedi” will be the last "Star Wars" spoof, if we’re lucky that won’t be the last one they do. "Indiana Jones," "Back to the Future" and "Star Trek" were some potential spoofs the creator mentioned.
He added: "The difference is that Lucas gave us the rights. Lucas agreed to let us do this, and that's a rare thing. Most legal departments are much more overprotective."
Great pitching!
For Raiders, I'd go with Stewie as Belloq, they're both bad and charming, Stewie is a popular character and has to be direct nemesis of Indy. Also, imagine all the possible comic relief of the story with the relation with Lois/Marion (the tent scene etc.). Kudos on Mort as Toht, that'd be awesome

It's a toss up for ROTLA. On the one hand Toht would fit Stewie's matricidal tendencies (the Raven Bar poker, and the tent coat hanger), but, as you say, Belloq has that same evil-charm, and I can imagine Stewie with a little pith helmet perched on top of his head, ordering the Hovitos to "Kill the fat man."
Henry Jones Sr. would be an easy one for TLC, as Peter's dad is already an irrascible Bible thumping character, just itching to do the blasphemy scene.
Also, the sexual ambiguity of Stewie could work very well with Belloq, I can picture him making some remarks on some Nazi workmen
The father... actually that one (Francis) is dead, Peter's real father is an Irish drunk, but who knows, those things aren't canon, so Francis could do a nice comeback
(my book on American animated sitcoms should be out in a couple of months... and yes, Indy is mentioned, and so is in an another book on seriality coming to the shelves at the end of the month... sorry they're both in Italian :P)
The pedophile Herbert as the grail knight?
Seamus (whose father was a tree) as the submarine captain
Meg as bats or rats.
Carter Pewderschmidt as Donovan
I can see Lois as Marion, but who as Willie and Elsa?
Stewie as Belloq or Toht, with Mort as the the other would work. He could return as Shorty, then maybe Vogel, but whilst I struggle to see Lois as Willie or Elsa, I guess she would have to be.
Tricia Takanawa as Spalko?
Personally I think it won't get made. Love to see it though.
Brian escapes from police officers by hiding in a giant wicker basket like Marion Ravenwood did in the film in "Brian: Portrait of a Dog".
To find his little black book, Peter Griffin uses a device similar to the ark-finding amulet in the film in "Stuck Together, Torn Apart".
In "Jungle Love", when the natives discover that Chris is a freshman, they chase the Griffin family in the same manner as the Hovitos chased Indiana Jones. Jones' pilot, Jacques is shown as he was depicted in the film and music from the soundtrack was played. They escaped, except for Meg, who died the same way that the guide did.
In "Blind Ambition", Peter and Ernie the Giant Chicken reenact the fight between Indiana Jones and the giant Nazi and Ernie seemingly dies the same way as the Nazi with the airplane propeller.
Jackie Gleason harasses Indiana Jones in "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein", telling Jones to hurry up and take a golden idol.
Chris Griffin has "HATE YOU" written on his eyelids in "Hannah Banana" just as a girl in Professor Jones's class has "LOVE YOU" written on her eyelids.
At the end of "Peter's Got Woods" and "Back to the Woods", James Woods is studied by Top Men.
In "Spies Reminiscent of Us", "Vladimir Putin" has Toht's deceptively menacing coat hanger.
In "Partial Terms of Endearment", the artificial insemination is performed by Hovito, a fictional race from the film. Dr. Hartman says: "Well, perhaps you could tell them. If only you spoke Hovitos." just as Belloq did to Jones.
In "The Courtship of Stewie's Father", Michael Eisner recited the heart-stealing chant. Peter was wearing an Indiana Jones hat. The sequence including an Arab chasing Peter and Stewie also parodies the film.
In "Family Goy", Stewie recited the chant as an extension of a Jewish prayer, using Meg as his victim.
It has also been parodied in "Fifteen Minutes of Shame" and Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story, and was referenced in "April in Quahog".
During this fight between Peter and Brian in "Play It Again, Brian", Peter holds a keg above his head with the intent to hit Brian with it, and is kicked in the genitals, at which time the keg falls on his head. A similar fight happened in the film, when an Indian cult member was subject to it during a fight with Jones.
In "Road to Germany", Brian, Stewie and Mort's escape from their plane via a life raft parodies a scene from the film. Before jumping out in the life raft, Stewie says Willie Scott's line about not sinking and the plane crashes in the same manner.
Indy's Very First Adventure is the opening chase music from the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, composed by John Williams. In "Seahorse Seashell Party", Peter suggests a sing-along, and takes out his iPhone and hums along with this track. He asks the family to join in, but no one does. He is briefly interupted when Meg opens a can of soda.
In Bango Was His Name Oh Peter mentions going with Meg on their last crusade. Peter identifies a coffee mug with the name Jesus on it as The Holy Grail.
