Spielberg´s Indy4 comment at NY Philharmonic

Yesterday, John Williams has made a concert at Avery Fisher Hall.
In the event, Spielberg was a host, with Martin Scorsese.

Spielberg narrated the film clip, giving the audience a peek at what a Spielberg DVD commentary track could possibly sound like. He pointed out his shot choices and the functions of dialogue, and he described where the "hit" points in the music needed to match the shots and edits. At the conclusion of the clip, the film replayed with Williams and the orchestra accompanying it.
Spielberg concluded, "That is why I can't make a film without John Williams!"

Introducing the film clip for “Last Crusade,” Spielberg said, "And this is from the third... and possibly not final Indiana Jones." The crowd erupted with applause and he continued, "Well, now look what I've done. I have to make it now!"

Well, these are not real news, but I like to hear Spielberg talk about Indy 4, and if he says he will make it now, I like it a lot more!

Lets hope he will begin shooting the movie this year.

I'm glad he's still mentioning the film, although he really needs to start this year and get it done. At least it's still on his mind, which I see as a positive sign.

It will get done, Spielberg doesn't say he is doing something as surely as he has recently, and then not do it. Now that Lucas's work is done, the production can move forward.

Speaking of Lucas, where has he been lately? Steven and Harrison keep mentioning the film and once again George is nowhere to be seen. I would just like to see an official announcement to confirm all of the rumors we've heard lately.

@Indy i totally agree. Thinking of Spielberg and Harrison i have a very good feeling about it. But the fact that we don't hear _anything_ of Lucas gives me the feeling that he lags interesst in it.

I'm guessing that they're set to start filming any day now...just as soon as the 237th revision of the script is completed.

Lucas"We have top men working on the script, right this minute." Who? "TOP MEN".
Scene cuts to a man ,slowly rolling a wooden crate, containing the latest draft, into a warehouse full of revised Indy 4 scripts.

Two reasons I am smart and I am smarter than all of you guys. We actually got a member on our forum that made around 40-50 hats for radiers alone then hats for the next one as well but he did not do the last movie but is thinking of helping with hats on this one.

Steve Delk says he is going to make the hats for this movie as I understand it at Adventurebuilt

Time will tell

Oh how do I know? Well I have been in direct contact with Lucas Films , The Marshall Group and Frank Marshalls private assistant and they all say its happening all but one jerk at Lucas so I assume it is.

Feller or gal, kid or whom ever you are, I am not claiming anything other than that the lot of you are certifable and commitable and most of you should be commited. To insane assylms that is.

The only inside track I have is how to make the worlds finest hats and you cannot afford them and I do not have time to make anymore and the Raven is no place of notierity to me and I damn sure am not out to impress a bunch of kiddies and over grown kiddies about some hat from some movie when I never liked the hat nor the movie.

I am not here to give accurate updates on the IJ 4 movies and when you say we are you trying to gether group approval or do you have a mouse in your pocket or do you call parts of your anatomy as another person and thus speak in the plural ?

Why do you talk so funny?
I can hardly understand what you are saying.
When I say we I am talking about all the people here.
And just so you would know I am, as you say, a feller.

Finn,
In the past, I may have questioned your role here, but I think this calls for you. Only you have the power.

I laugh only because you remind me of a petty child. Grow up or sit down and shut the #### up.

Well Duh! course there is lot of difference in a yothful zeal and a low IQ...

But when you breed them together the hybrids are just atrocious..... You know the kind ones with jumbed letters from past tv no bodies as screen names and talking when they should be listening.
