No love for "The Beverly Hillbillies", Drifter? It goes with the other 2 shows. All 3 of them are crossovers.

"Lots of curves, you bet! Even more when you get...to the junction. chacka chacka chacka chacka - Petticoat Junction!"

Forgot all about The Beverly Hillbillies, Stoo!
Yes, that is one of my favorites as well. And now you got the theme song of Petticoat Junction in my head! They all took place in Hooterville, I think? Well, Jed and his clan were from there before the move,

Man, I can't believe I didn't see this thread before.

Modern faves:

The Adventures of Merlin (so looking forward to Season 4's premiere tomorrow! And Colin Morgan's coming to Supanova Brisbane in a couple weeks, yay!)
Big Bang Theory
Mythbusters
Futurama
The Simpsons (I agree, they're not as good as they use to be)

Classics that are not made anymore:

Sabrina the Teenage Witch
Xena Warrior Princess
Hercules: The Legendary Journeys
Young Indiana Jones Chronicles
That 70s Show (up to the point that Topher Grace leaves. Turned to tripe at that point).
Darkwing Duck
Ducktales
Talespin
Star Gate SG1
Just Shoot Me!

Guilty pleasures (if the lists above ain't guilty enough already):

Batman (the 60s series... its just so camp!)
The Green Hornet (yeah the 60s series with Bruce Lee, better known in Asia as "The Kato Show")
Any Looney Tune related TV show
Batman the Animated series and the Batman: Brave and the Bold.

Yeah, so my TV diet is mostly made up of animation, sitcoms and sci-fi/fantasy/adventure shows. I'm not really into the crime, drama and medical shows.

Nice touch there. It is more like a work of art, after all.

Allo, Allo! Really?! Can't remember this Madonna with the big boobies being funny. Still, it was better than "it ain't half hot mum" - Shhhat oooop!

Gah, that's typical of the Python crew! I was sure I put them into Comedies, but they snuck out the back door having considered themselves to be alternatively 'Other'. :D

There's something wonderfully silly about Allo Allo. (And oddly enough they were a lot more historically accurate with their uniforms than Messrs Lucas & Spielberg!)

I don't really watch the "tele" on a regular basis much anymore.
I just figured out the way to tell what I'm watching is to give you my list of DVR recorded shows.

Mad Men (my girl got me into it and it's surprisingly good)
Mythbusters
Beavis and Butthead (they were back on for a minute but I don't know what happened?)
The Office (I hear this is the last season for them)
South Park (hands down whenever I'm asked who does the best writing on TV I always answer Trey Parker. And they make an entire episode in just 6 DAYS. I liken Parker to the Mel Gibson joke he himself came up with; Man sure is crazy, but he sure as hell knows story structure.)

And on Netflix I always enjoy Man vs. Wild. Too bad it got canceled.
And Attila, I've been catching Louie. Funny stuff. His stand up is pretty grand too.

I'm hoping to hear some news about Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura. Latest I know, they were filming a new episode concerning the 'reptilian phenomenon', but the show's still in "indefinite hiatus", I guess.

I really loved the first 3 seasons of Big Bang Theory but I thought they totally lost it in season 4. Season 5 is a slight return to form
