Indiana Jones IV in 2006

Seriously watch episode 1 and 2 and you'll know it is bad. Bad Direction, bad acting, bad visual effects, bad story. The script is terrible, all the lines are terrible. Ithe only believable characters are from real actors, IE ewan mcgregor, natalie portman and Samuel L, the rest is garbage. The only reason why they made so much money is because the star wars fan basis is huge. There has been over 30 years of fans that watched the first one because it was suppose to be great. After that they went to see the second one because maybe the first one was just a flop and the second would be better, and now people are going to go see the third one because they believe it is the greatest story of all star wars, but they will be disapointed.

People are disappointed in movies now a days because people don't make movies for the sake of making them epic, they make them for money and thats it. There are only a handful of good directors, the rest just do what the man tells them to. and George Lucas was never a good director thats why he had other people direct 5 and 6

i am rambling... g'lusdhgeo[eqhgehjw

It always surprises me how much hate there is towards Lucas especially on an Indiana Jones board. If it wasn't for Lucas there wouldn't be an Indiana Jones. Although we mustn't forget Speilberg, Kasdan and Kaufman's contributions.

It's hard for some to forgive Lucas for creating Jar Jar Binks.

Thanks for digging this up Moe., Well 2006 is almost gone, and unless they have been keeping Indy 4 under wraps . . .only Pale will know . . .

But, I t is nice to see that Casino Royal was to me, one of he top 3 bonds ever made, and Craig, may be the best bond yet.

And, talk about a thread that went off topic, the 3 new Star Wars movies, did suck.

Never received any and I signed up end of last year. I even tried signing up again, and never got a thing. A couple of Lucasfilm toy ads, but that was it.

Though the official site looks dead as a doormat, the quasi-weekly polling works.
Some questions not asked by marketing/licensing are actually substantial.

"When do you think there will be another Indy movie in theaters?"

"How important is it for Henry Jones to appear in Indy 4?"
"Would you see an Indy movie that was missing either George Lucas, Steven Spielberg or Harrison Ford's involvement?"
"Will there be a definitive announcement about Indiana Jones IV in 2007?"

Yeah, that's the only thing that works. Mind you, I love the Marshall College section with the character profiles.
