Dear fellow Indy collectors,
Has anyone else noticed a variation in the removable fedora which comes with the KOTCS Indy action figure? I was never happy with the hat which came with the figure I bought in May because it looked too cone-like with sloping sides, while Indy's fedora in the movies (as well as the non-removable ones on the other figures) looks more box-like with almost perfectly vertical sides. When I was looking at figures in the store the other day, I noticed that KOTCS Indy's hat looked a little bit closer to the movie version. Am I just seeing things? I was considering picking up one of these newer figures but I wanted someone else to verify my observation before I wasted any more money on another duplicate figure. Thanks!
