archaeology or good vs. evil

When I was small and watched the indy movies I always considered the franchise as archaeology/adventure movies. Ofcourse now I see them as good vs. evil/adventure movies. Whats are you guys thoughts?

Many films and stories center around good vs. evil, and the Indy films are no different. Of course, real archaeology is nothing like the films but the history and artifacts do tie in sometimes to real life events. In the end, I would say they're mostly good vs. evil, although there are so many things going on that there are numerous categories that you could cover from the films.

I think that the Indy films are classed as Action Adventure movies.
