penman hats

Just wanted to thank everyone here for all your support. You made this year fun and enjoyable for me making all kinds of different hats. Can't ask much more than that. I want to wish everyone well for the holidays. I will be taking the next three days off and then going back to work on hats on Monday. The week will be short and then comes the new year.
I hope with removing non Penman hats from my re-block work load it will help me cut down the lead times but every time I think I'm going to cut the lead times I get slammed with a load of orders and the lead times creep back up. :-k I guess that's not a bad thing but I really want to cut the times down.
I also have a couple things in the fire and hope to get them off the ground in the begining of next year.
