Wouldn't it be cool to have a prequil that goes before the time of indy? I don't know, maybe Henry Jones Sr. had an interesting life before Indy. I think it would be neat to so HJ Sr. in his early day's...of course the biggest problem would be finding the right person to play a young Sean Connery...maybe Colin Ferrell?
What do you guys think?

Well? I'm not sure if it be a good thing to have a movie about the father of the 'hero', but it's an interesting idea?.

Not sure who's be the right actor for the job, though?

Henry Senior and Marcus Brody, the college years.

The adventures of the eccentrics.

However bizarre, it doesn't sound too far fetched on the whole...

He's to boring.
He's an academic, a book worm.
He's not a field man.

However, you could say the same about Indy when you first see him as a professor. (I believe that was what I first saw of Indy, anyway). To be honest, he looked like all of the things you mentioned.

I can see it now, Sr. going out West with the cowboys and the indians--probably saving ancient burial grounds from evil Eastern tycoons.

But then again, The Adventures of Henry Jones Sr. is a bit...

... stretching it....
