There are familiar faces in this book, but Forrestal is not one of them. He does earn a quick shout-out, though.
But don't spoil it for yourself.
The experience of this book is akin to watching a very good episode of an Indiana Jones animated TV series. It's lightweight and fun, but well-written.
Being that Mr. George Lucas and Dave Filoni seem to be ignoring the fans who are calling for an animated Indiana Jones program I move that we should go to Universal and clamor for an animated The Mummy series and once Lucas sees how successful that program would be perhaps he'd be more inclined to release an animated Indiana Jones program out of the need to compete, after all I'm just saying.
Personally I'd like to see both The Mummy and Indiana Jones on Cartoon Network as their programming is beginning to go down under with mindless programs like Total Drama Island, Flapjack, The Othersiders, Chowder, Stoked and 6Teen.
I missed the good ole Cartoon Network of yesterday which had wonderful content with blocks and shows like Tickle U, Miguzu and Toonami that had great programs like Naruto, The Pirates of Dark Water, Speed Racer, The Powerpuff Girls, Krypto the Super Dog, The Batman, Blue Dragon, MAR, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Star Wars Clone Wars The Micro Series, Samurai Jack, Code Lyoko, Class of 3000 and Dexter's Laboratory, Justice League: Unlimited, Teen Titans and much more!
I cannot say enough how I'm disgusted with the direction in Cartoon Network has gone and I believe that it is way past time people like you and I express our feelings toward the executives at Time Warner/Cartoon Network so we can reclaim the Cartoon Network of yesteryear.
