I never knew that the Iron Phoenix was going to be made into a game!

Glad I'm not the only one here. I'm not that big of an Indy gamer or even an adventure gamer for that matter. Maybe that's why it's news to me.

Except, Iron Phoenix didn't get past the concept stage... but this one was <i>nearly</i> done.

That's what puzzled me. Full Throttle barely got off the floor before it was canned. Sam and Max was actually somewhat complete. I wonder if LEC would sell that material to another company (like one where ex-LEC employees are. There are tons of those around ya know).

It is a pity that when a game, film or anything else is canceled, there will be no chance that it will be continued by another company.

They seem to be going for more Monkey Island comedy type stuff, though. At least their first game is.
