They used to say the F word and show nudity in PG movies. (watch All the President's Men and Logan's Run). We're raising a nation of wusses I tell ya!

Also, doesn't it look like Young Indy says "Holy Sh--" in Last Crusade when the rhino horn breaks through, but it was dubbed to "Holy smoke"?

What do you call the murder of the guards and the Ugha warriors? If that isn't glossed over, I don't know what is. Spalko's death consisted of her basically turning to orange. Dovchenko's death was like something out of A Bug's Life. The soldiers being burned by the rocket sled was really brief. The only real violence was the blow dart scene. When the main villian of Disney's Tarzan died, it was more shocking and disturbing than anything in KOTCS.

Let's look at some violent moments from Raiders and ToD for a moment.

Raiders has faces melting, head exploding, Pat Roach's head cut up in propeler, Cairo swordman getting shot in head, head shots in the Raven, Marion nearly getting branded in the Raven, and Satipo's bloody corpse.

ToD has Wu Han being shot, Indy throwing siskabob in gangster's stomach, Indy shotting one or two people during car chase, the heart ripping scene, Pat Roach crushed by rock grinding, scenes of whipping, Thugees thrown into lava, Mola Ram eaten by real (not CGI) alligators.

Even Last Crusade has it's violent moments such as Indy shooting through three soldiers with one bullet, a head shot in the tank, decapitation by the first trial in the Temple of the Holy Grail, and Donovan's death.

KOTCS went soft, it went really soft.

I'd say pulling the gun on the Nazca indian was at least on par with the nod in TOD. It was basically Indy's version of bringing "a knife to a gun fight".
