Which Whip Wins?

The Todd's whip looks and feels the part. The color's close enough; it's brown enough. Morgan's site recommends oiling the whip, I think about every six months, which seems a good idea even if it is for show.

I haven't tried cracking it. It looks good, and for me, that's the important thing. I think eventually I'll save up and get a Morgan, but that's a way off.

Also, I hear that getting a good crack out of a whip doesn't mean you apply full force; the best crack comes from very little wrist motion...not throwing it with the whole arm...unless you want a nice scar across your chin. :whip:
