I don't know how to post images & even if I did they would probably get removed.

So, here is a verbal list of my favorite film one sheets:

- Alien one-sheet (1979); egg with the greenish hue & the caption, "In Space, no one can hear you scream". Awesome.

- IJ and the Temple of Doom (1984) - first one-sheet with IJ standing alone with the sword in his hand - the caption reads, "If Adventure has a name, it must be Indiana Jones". Truly awesome & simple, this is my favorite IJ film poster.

- Blade Runner one-sheet (1982): the poster that everyone associates with this film; this version was on the cover of the 2007 DVD release (and the late '90's DVD release as well).

- Star Wars one-sheet (1977) w/art by the excellent Hildebrandt brothers. Great, iconic poster with Luke and Leia & DV's head in the background.

- Empire Strikes Back one-sheet (1980) w/bluish color; Vader in the foreground, stormtroopers, Hoth scenes, etc. This is not the more famous "Gone with the Wind" poster (which I didn't like as much), and may be a foreign poster.

- Return of the Jedi (1983) - Bluish one sheet with just Luke's hands holding the lightsaber; simple and iconic.

- The Lost Boys (1987) - one-sheet posted above with red background - very cool.

- Star Wars Special Editions (1997) - one-sheet advertising all three of these with a golden picture of Luke/Leia on the top, along with the dates of each theatrical Special Edition release on the bottom. On the very bottom it reads, "Three reasons why they build movie theatres". Epic.
