i have some good news and some bad news,
good- we have fineshed filming and i am half way through editing. the movie might be up today!
bad-when filmed the last shot of the film and whilst we were packing up to leave, the other cast members told me that they never even wnted to do this film

Congratulations on finishing the movie! Too bad your friends had to bring you down with their cranky comments.
But don't worry about that, you went out and made the movie and you should be proud of your accomplishments!
When I was close to your age, I made a couple (very bad) home movies and had to drag my friends into participating. I wanted to make a few sequels with the same characters, but those friends had no interest in doing any more.
Fortunately, when we got older and went to a bigger school, I found a new batch of friends that were passionate about movie making and we went out and kicked ass as a team!
So don't be discouraged. With a little luck, you can find some new (and willing) collaborators and keep up the great work!

Awesome work there. I could see that some effort really went into it.
That really sucks about your friends. You're really just lucky that they didn't quit half-way through. That's the one thing about being a kid film maker, you don't always know that your pals are gonna pull through for ya. I just can't believe that they would be mad after being in a film that's on youtube which is a great feat at that. So don't put yourself down, you worked hard and it's paid-off. Congrats on a job well done
